As we enter the summer, your guidance and mental health and wellbeing team want to make you aware of an important resource in our community called The RAFT.
The RAFT is a youth agency that helps individuals 16-24 years old living on the street and those at risk of becoming homeless and being on the street. The RAFT workers will assist you in seeking a safe shelter, financial resources, and housing search. If you need any additional information, please call 905-984-4365 and visit us at theraft.ca

Final exams and culminating activities begin today with period 4 exams for grade 12 courses only starting at 11:35 am. Period 1 exams and culminating activities start at 8:10 am tomorrow,Thursday, June 18th. Period 2 exams and culminating activities are on Friday, June 19th. Period 3 is on Monday, June 22nd and period 4 grade 9, 10 and 11 courses are on Tuesday, June 23rd.
Please make sure you have confirmed with your teachers to see if you need to come in to complete the requirements of your courses for this semester. Only students that need to complete assignments, write an exam or finish their culminating assignments should attend school on these days.

Today is the last day to clean out your locker. There are extra garbage bins in the hallways for you to throw what you do not want. Your belongings must be removed by the end of the day today - please take home what you would like to keep! After today we will consider anything left in lockers to be items for donation.

Important reminder to staff and students. Due to exams during periods 3 and 4 today, please do not allow students to wander the halls. If it is absolutely necessary that a student leave class, they must sign out, use a hall pass and they must be quiet. Thank you for your cooperation.

Attention staff and students. The turf field is closed today. If you are a Collegiate student or a student in any program in the building, you are not permitted on the turf field today. Teachers please be respectful of all the signage and communication that has been sent and don’t bring your classes out to the field today. ANNOUNCEMENTS: June 15, 2026 - Monday
We begin this gathering by acknowledging the land on which we gather is the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe peoples, many of whom continue to live and work here today. This territory is covered by the Upper Canada Treaties and is within the land protected by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum agreement. Today this gathering place is home to many First Nations, Metis, and Inuit peoples and acknowledging reminds us that our great standard of living is directly related to the resources and friendship of Indigenous people.
