ANNOUNCEMENTS: June 15, 2025 - Monday
We begin this gathering by acknowledging the land on which we gather is the traditional territory of the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe peoples, many of whom continue to live and work here today. This territory is covered by the Upper Canada Treaties and is within the land protected by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum agreement. Today this gathering place is home to many First Nations, Metis, and Inuit peoples and acknowledging reminds us that our great standard of living is directly related to the resources and friendship of Indigenous people.

Please remember to turn in textbooks to your teacher, Library books to Ms. Brock in the Library and if you have a school computer – give that to the teacher who assigned it to you! Please return these items before your last day of school or last exam/FCA day!

Final exams and culminating activities begin this week. Wednesday, June 17th is period 4 exams for grade 12 courses only. Period 1 exams and culminating activities are on Thursday, June 18th starting at 8:10 am. Period 2 exams and culminating activities are on Friday, June 19th. Period 3 is on Monday, June 22nd and period 4 grade 9, 10 and 11 courses are on Tuesday, June 23rd.
Please make sure you have confirmed with your teachers to see if you need to come in to complete the requirements of your courses for this semester. Only students that need to complete assignments, write an exam or finish their culminating assignments should attend school on these days.

SSTC students have regular classes through Friday, June 19th. Friday will the last day for SSTC students.

Buses will run as usual before and after school on exam / culminating activity days through to Tuesday, June 23rd.

The school year is almost finished and locker clean-out has started. There will be extra garbage bins in the hallways for you to discard what you do not want. Please take home what you would like to keep! The deadline to empty out your locker is Wednesday, June 17th. After this date, we will consider anything left in lockers to be items for donation.

There is a lost and found table outside of the office. If you lost any items, please check there right away. Any earbuds, chargers, jewellery etc. is kept in the office, so please check with office staff during break between classes, at lunch or after school.
