A reminder that the College Info Fair at Niagara College's Welland Campus, originally scheduled for Monday the 23rd, has been cancelled. Niagara College WILL be going ahead with their Open House on November 18th, at both campuses.

Unfortunately, due to the faculty work stoppage, our trip to the Niagara College Information Fair scheduled for Monday, October 23rd has been cancelled.  Niagara College will continue to work with students in providing information and offering future opportunities to visit campuses.  Plans are going ahead for their Fall Open House on Saturday November 18th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 

Once again, the College info Fair next Monday has been cancelled.

The Girls Basketball team had their best and closest game of the season yesterday against an undefeated, first place DSBN Academy.  The girls had a phenomenal 4th quarter, coming back from a 10 point deficit and taking the lead late in the game with a clutch three point shot from Micailah, but in the end came up just short, being defeated 36-33. Mrs. Campbell is proud of all of your efforts and your ability to come together as a team. Well done girls. You should be proud of yourselves as well! Next practice is Thursday at 2:30.  See you then ladies!

The Boys volleyball team traveled to Great Lakes Christian High School yesterday and won two solid sets straight to keep their undefeated streak alive heading into the year- end playoff tournament. Great swinging Boys!

A thank you goes out to the lines people and to all those who came out and supported the collegiate football team yesterday. Also, congratulations to the Collegiate Football Team who fought hard but lost 17-6. The players have really rallied together with lots of people playing new positions. As coaches we were happy. The team has today off but there will be practice Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday next week in preparation for our game Thursday at Simcoe. Great job Saints!

The girls’ basketball team put forth a great team effort yesterday against Niagara Christian College. Micailah Jones dominated the scoreboard, and Myranda Amendola, Selena Jones and Bioncah Norville showed off their rebounding skills under the boards. Emily Konyi and MacKenzie Mann provided much-needed versatility on the court, playing wherever was needed during the game. Mrs. Campbell is really proud of the returning players' leadership skills and encouragement towards our new players, and of Chenoor reducing her fouls yet again this game. In the end the girls came up just short, with a 47-41 defeat, but played their best game of the season so far.  Good work ladies.  There will be a short, optional shooting practice in the gym right after school today.

It takes many different skills to create a yearbook.  Come on out and we will find the right position for you. Our first meeting will be at 2:30 after school today in the fourth floor computer lab. No experience is necessary.
