Earth Day is Monday, April 22nd and is fast approaching and Collegiate wants to celebrate our beautiful earth with activities starting next week. Monday is Door decorating with recycled items only and doors will be judged on Thursday, with winners being announced on Friday. Tuesday is turn out the lights day while you learn, Wednesday is Bring your water bottle to school and wear thrifted clothing, Thursday is outdoor chalk drawing and Friday is Clean up our community day. Teachers will be receiving a google doc to sign up their classes for the activities that they wish to join. Teachers, please keep your eye on your email!

Today this gathering place is home to many First Nations, Metis, and Inuit peoples and acknowledging reminds us that our great standard of living is directly related to the resources and friendship of Indigenous people.
