Royal Winter Fair Chef Competition

Murphy Lau, Antonio Romero, Stella Urquhart and Ellie Wager will be representing Collegiate at the Royal Winter Fair Chef Competition on Monday, November 6th. 
Our chefs will be preparing "Green Salad Hand Rolls w/ Cherry Tomato Jam & Balsamic Reduction."  Good Luck Chefs!!
