Overview

The Phoenix Room is open to everyone every day and operates in the morning before class, at lunch and after school, defining character and teaching sportsmanship through game-play. Games of all kinds are played here, but the most popular recently include Warhammer 40,000, Naval War, and Settlers of Catan.

Accomplishments

The Chess Team also uses the Phoenix Room and has an illustrious history representing C.I. in the past, winning trophies in the Eastdale Tournament in 2008 & 2009, and a second place at the DSBN Championship in 2009. Several students represented the school at the Provincial Finals in those years as well.
